If you know Fountain Chowk, then you know where Ramit Malik is. It’s a landmark that everyone around here recognizes. Being right at the chowk means we see a lot of life passing by. It’s a very central spot to be. We don’t have a long, complicated address because everyone just knows the fountain. The office itself is pretty straightforward. No big decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. It can get pretty loud with all the traffic circling the chowk, but we don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we’re part of the city’s pulse. Ramit Malik isn't a big corporation. It’s more like a small group of us just working together. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a script for how we talk. We just answer the phone or talk to people who walk in. It’s honest work. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes the fountain is running, sometimes it isn't, but we’re always here at our spot. It’s a simple way to run things. We like being accessible to the community.
