You can find us at Shop No. 2 in the Kochar Mkt area of Model Gram. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Ram Krishan Gopal Dass has been operating from this shop for a long time. It’s not a big space, but we have made the most of it over the years. When you walk into the market, you can see all the different shops squeezed in together, and we are right there in the mix. Most of our day is spent talking to the people who walk in. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction, which we like. We don’t have a website that we update or anything like that. We just focus on the people who are standing in front of us. The shop is filled with all sorts of things, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but we know where everything is. Our neighbors in the market are like family after all these years. We see the same faces every day. It’s a simple way of doing business. We open up the shop in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to come by. There’s no big strategy or corporate plan. We just try to be helpful and get through the day's work. It can get loud in the market when it’s peak hours, but that’s just part of the charm. We like being right here in the middle of everything in Model Gram.
