Rachna Machine Tools

Our place is located out on G.T Road near Rajkot Road in Ratanpar. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but the area is full of workshops and small factories, so we fit right in. We deal with machine tools, mostly things for lathes and milling setups that local shops use. The building is pretty plain, just a standard warehouse-style front where we keep the heavy stuff. It can get pretty loud with the trucks going by outside on the main road. Most days involve a lot of unloading crates and checking specs on parts that just arrived. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly just covered in old calendars and clipboards. If someone comes in asking for a specific part, we usually have to walk back into the storage area to grab it. The floor is concrete and has a few oil stains here and there from the machinery. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the road stays busy. We stay busy too, mostly just keeping track of the orders and making sure the stock doesn't run out. It's a straightforward job and we like the routine of it. Sometimes the rain makes the roof rattle, which can be a bit distracting when we're trying to count inventory. We just keep a few extra sweaters around for when the breeze picks up through the loading bay.
