Angad Engg

Angad Engg is tucked away in Shop No 90, over in Yard No 1 at Sham Nagar. We’re right off A C Road if you’re looking for us. It’s mostly an industrial area, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. We deal with various engineering bits and pieces here. Sometimes people come in with a specific part they need fabricated or just want something repaired. It’s not the cleanest place because we’re always working with metal and machines, so there’s usually some iron filings on the floor. We’ve been in this yard for a bit now. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for the machines we have set up. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we know our way around a lathe or a welding torch. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on the computer; we’re usually out on the floor measuring things or cutting steel. The traffic on A C Road can get pretty bad in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. We open up early and stay until the light goes. If you need a specific bolt or a custom plate, we probably have the tools to sort it out. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure things get built right so they don’t break later on. No big offices here, just the shop and the yard.
