R M C Machine Tools

R M C Machine Tools is located on G T Road, right near the Guru Gobind Singh Tower. We do not have a complicated street number, so we just tell people to look for the tower and they usually find us. The shop is basically one large room filled with metal parts and various machinery. It gets quite hot in there during the summer months, but we have a couple of old fans that help a little bit. We spend our days digging through bins and crates to find the specific tools our customers need. Most of the people who come here are from the small workshops around the area. They are usually in a hurry, but we take our time to make sure we find the right item. The floor is made of concrete and has plenty of oil stains that we stopped trying to scrub away a long time ago. It is a place for work, not for looking pretty. We have a small wooden desk where we keep the phone and the bill book. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices or if we have something in stock. We prefer it when people just come by so we can show them what we have. We have been at this spot for years and the rhythm of the day is always the same. We open up, check the stock, talk to the regulars, and eventually lock up for the night.
