Preet Infotech is tucked away in Sector 22/C. If you know the Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar area, you probably know Shop No 6-F. We started out just fixing old desktop computers that people didn't want to give up on. Now it’s more about laptops and software glitches. It’s a small space, filled with cables and spare parts everywhere. I know where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. People come in when their internet stops working or their laptop starts making that weird clicking sound. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it’s just me at the desk. I like fixing things. It’s satisfying when a machine that wouldn't turn on finally boots up. We also help with some basic printing and scanning because there aren't many places left that do that. Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar is a nice area, quite quiet compared to the main markets. We get a lot of students from around here looking for help with their projects or just needing a quick fix for a cracked screen. We don’t promise miracles, but we do what we can. The shop is open most days, though sometimes I step out for a bit to grab tea. If the shutter is up, we’re in. It’s a practical little business. No fancy uniforms, just us doing our work. We try to be helpful and keep the prices where people can afford them without too much worry.
