Pk General Store

Pk General Store is located on Gill Road in Ludhiana. We are right on Gt Road in the Dashmesh Nagar area, between Street Number-5 and 6. It's a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and businesses all around us. We sell general items that people need for their homes like soap, shampoo, and packaged snacks. The store is usually full of boxes and packets because we try to have everything in stock. It gets a bit cramped inside when more than three people come in at the same time. We have been operating from this location for many years now. The traffic outside can be quite crazy with all the trucks and rickshaws, but we are used to it. We don't have a big staff, just me and my brother mostly. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we sell. Sometimes we sit on a chair outside when it's quiet and watch the people go by. The winter months are busy because people want more tea and snacks. We work hard to keep the shelves filled up. It is a lot of heavy lifting sometimes, but that is the job. We are open every day except for some holidays. It is a basic shop for the local working people of Ludhiana, and we like it that way.
