Pioneer Machine Tools India is located down in Gurpal Nagar, specifically at 2741/2-A in H Block of the MIDC area. Being in the industrial zone means it is always loud and there are trucks moving in and out all day. Our space is filled with all kinds of machine tools, from small bits to heavy components that take two people to lift. It is a bit of a mess most of the time. We have crates stacked up and tools sitting on workbenches waiting to be sorted. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you'll likely find us in the back wearing work clothes and moving stock around. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just take that as a sign to sit down for a bit and have a cold drink. We deal with the factories and workshops nearby. They know us as the place that has the parts they need without any fuss. We keep our records in a big ledger book that is starting to fall apart at the edges. It is old fashioned but it works for us. We don't spend much time on the computer or trying to look corporate. We are just regular people working in a warehouse, trying to make sure the orders get out on time. It is hard work but it is what we know.
