Partap Dewan

Partap Dewan is located at 452/2 Civil Line. This is a fairly well-known part of the city, with a lot of older houses and some government buildings nearby. Our spot is a bit set back from the main road, which helps with the noise a little bit. The address 452/2 is a smaller section of a larger plot, so you have to look for the gate tucked away near the corner. It’s a very plain building, nothing that stands out from the street. We have a couple of rooms that we use for our daily operations. The trees around the property give some nice shade in the summer, which we are grateful for. Inside, the floors are old stone and the ceilings are high. We don't have any modern office furniture, just the stuff we’ve collected over the years that still works fine. It’s a quiet place to get work done without too many distractions. Most of our neighbors are either families who have lived here for generations or other small setups like ours. We usually arrive early to beat the morning heat. There’s a small veranda where we sometimes stand to have a break and look out at the street. It’s not a business that cares about looking polished; we just focus on the things we have to do. It’s a very steady and predictable environment for us, and the location in Civil Line is quite convenient.
