Parbat Soap Factory

We have been running Parbat Soap Factory for a long time now. Our building is located in Vill. Pahwa right on the G.T. Road. It is not a very big place, but we keep busy every day. Making soap is mostly about getting the mixture right and then letting it set in the molds. Sometimes the weather makes it dry faster or slower, which can be a bit of a headache. We have a few machines that help with the cutting, but a lot of what happens here is done by hand. The floors are usually a bit slippery from the ingredients we use. People from the village come by to help with the packing. It is a noisy place when the mixers are going. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk in the corner with a lot of papers piled up. Most of the day is spent checking the batches and making sure the trucks get loaded correctly. It gets hot in the summer because the boilers are always running. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The smell of the soap sticks to your clothes even after you go home. It is just regular work that we do here day in and day out. We don't try to be anything we are not. It is just a factory on the side of the road where we make something people use.
