O K Engineering Works

We've been at 14825 Dholewal Street No 7 for quite a while now. It's just a regular shop in Parbhat Nagar. Most days it’s noisy because of the machines running, but that's how it is here. I started O K Engineering Works because I liked fixing things with my hands. My father taught me some of it, and then I just kept going. People from around the neighborhood stop by when they need something made or a part repaired. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the tools and the workbench. Sometimes the floor gets messy with metal scraps, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. It’s hard work, and some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down or a customer needs something in a hurry. Living and working here in street number 7 has its ups and downs. Traffic can be bad in the mornings, but everyone knows everyone else. We don’t really do fancy ads. Most folks just see the sign or hear about us from a neighbor. It's just a small team of us here. We grab tea from the stall nearby when we get a break. That's pretty much the story. Nothing too special, just honest work every day to keep the shop going and make sure the jobs get finished. Sometimes we struggle with a tough project, but we figure it out eventually. That’s how we spend our time here in Parbhat Nagar.
