Negi Karyana Store

Negi Karyana Store has been sitting here on 33 Foot Road for quite a while now. Ludhiana is a very busy city and this specific street always has something going on with trucks and people moving about. I started this shop because I wanted to work for myself and stay close to my family. We sell mostly the basics like flour, pulses, cooking oil, and household cleaning stuff. The shop isn't huge, so things are stacked pretty high up toward the ceiling. I spend a lot of my time checking the big bags of rice and making sure the sugar jars are filled up for the day. Customers around the 141001 area are mostly regulars who live in the nearby lanes. They come in and just tell me what they want without needing to look around much. Sometimes I forget to write down an order if the shop gets too crowded with people, but neighbors are usually patient with me. My brother helps me unload the heavy sacks when the suppliers arrive on Tuesday mornings. It can get a bit dusty with all the grain moving around, but that is just part of the daily work. I don't really do any big advertisements or have a fancy website. Most people just see the sign when they walk past or hear about us from a friend. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, but it shows the shop is used. I like the routine here.
