Mr R Kochar

My name is R Kochar and I’m based out of house number 2333 on Street Number 1 in Kuldeep Nagar. Ludhiana is a busy city, and being here in 141007 keeps me right in the middle of the action. This isn't some high-rise office building. It’s a regular place where we get the work done every day. I’ve been in this street for a long time. Neighbors know me, and I know them. We deal with whatever comes our way. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork, other times it is more hands-on. I don’t believe in those long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, I just talk to people directly and we figure things out. The space here is a bit cramped because of all the supplies, but we make it work. Ludhiana has a certain energy, especially in the mornings. I start early, usually with a cup of tea, and go through the list of things for the day. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes things get delayed or a delivery is late, but we handle it together. I don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just me and the family occasionally helping out with the small stuff. People come to us because they know where we are. We have been at this same address for years, and it has worked out fine so far. I like the routine of it and the familiar faces.
