Monarch Clothing

Monarch Clothing is situated on Kali Sarak, not far from the Jallandhar Bye Pass. It is a busy area, especially with all the transport trucks moving through the bypass. Our building is just a regular spot along the road where we handle our garment work. Inside, it is mostly sewing machines and stacks of fabric everywhere. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We have been here for some time now and the local people know us. The location on Kali Sarak is handy because it's easy for the laborers to get to. We aren't trying to be a big fashion house; we just make clothes. Most days involve cutting fabric, checking the stitching, and getting things packed into bags. The dust from the road sometimes comes in, but we try to keep the work area as clean as we can. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep everyone moving. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a glossy catalog or a fancy front desk. If you come by, you'll probably see us with measuring tapes around our necks or sitting at a desk covered in scrap fabric. It's just a local clothing business trying to keep busy. We like being near the Jallandhar Bye Pass because it feels connected to the rest of the city and its movements. That is just how we operate.
