Meera'S Celebrations

Meera'S Celebrations is a shop at 38-A in the Model Town Extension. It’s a nice area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We handle things for parties and events. Most days, the place is full of ribbons, papers, and different decorations. It can look like a mess to someone walking in, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they need for their birthdays or weddings. It’s a lot of listening and then looking through our stock to see what fits. We aren't a big corporation, just a small group of us who like putting things together. Sometimes we stay late to finish up an order if an event is early the next morning. There’s usually some music playing in the background while we work. We have a lot of samples on the shelves that have gathered a bit of dust, but they help people get ideas. It’s not always easy because people can be picky about colors, but we do what we can. We use a lot of tape and scissors every day. The trash cans are always full of scraps by the time we close up. We don't have a fancy showroom, just our workspace where the work happens. It’s a busy little spot and we like being part of the neighborhood. We mostly just worry about getting the balloons filled on time.
