You can find us right in the Main Bazar of Machhiwara, specifically in Jain Mohalla. We are part of the Bhardwaj Pharmaceuticals setup here. It’s a busy part of the Ludhiana district. There is always something happening outside the window. We spend our days managing the different parts of the business from this small office. It gets pretty loud with the market noises, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some big city firm with a polished image. We are just local people working in the pharmaceutical trade. The building is old, like most things in the Main Bazar, but it has character. We know the other shopkeepers around here. Sometimes we grab a tea together when things slow down in the afternoon. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or anything. We just rely on being here and doing the work right. If you walk through Jain Mohalla, you can't miss us. It’s a tight-knit community. We handle the logistics and the management side of the pharmacy operations. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is usually the only time the street is actually quiet. We like being part of the hustle and bustle. It makes the workday go by a lot faster than being stuck in some quiet office park. The smell of the market and the sound of the crowds is just part of our daily life now.
