You can find Gagret Fashion Hosiery over on Kailash Nagar Road. We are part of the Beas Hosiery Complex, which is situated right opposite the Satsang Ghar in Vishal Nagar, Village Kakowal. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren’t from this side of town, but it’s where all the hosiery action happens. Our building is usually filled with the sound of knitting machines and the hum of the overhead lights. We make hosiery items, mostly focusing on the kinds of things people wear when the weather starts to get a bit chilly. The complex is quite busy, and we share the space with a lot of other similar businesses. We start our day quite early, often before the sun is fully up, especially during the peak season when everyone wants their orders at once. There’s always a lot of yarn around and boxes piled up near the door. We don't have a fancy showroom or any bright lights. If you come by, you'll just see us working at the machines or packing stuff into big brown bags. The Satsang Ghar across the road brings in a lot of people on certain days, so the street gets really crowded then. We usually take a break in the afternoon to have some tea and chat with the workers from the other units nearby. It’s a simple setup, but it keeps us busy and we’ve been doing this for a long time now.
