K. H. Knitwears

K. H. Knitwears is located at B-49 in the Textile Colony, which is part of Industrial Area - A. This part of the city is always full of activity, with people moving yarn and finished goods back and forth. Our building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, we have rows of knitting machines. They make a lot of noise, a sort of constant rhythmic sound that you stop noticing after an hour or two. We mostly make sweaters and other knitted items. The walls are stacked high with bags of wool and synthetic yarn in all different colors. It gets pretty cold in the winter months here, but the heat from the machines and the layers of wool keep the place comfortable enough. We are a small team. There are no big offices or fancy partitions. Everyone just works in the same open space. We spend a lot of time checking for dropped stitches or flaws in the fabric. It is tedious work but it has to be done. We don't have a big corporate story. We just started small and stayed here. The address at B-49 is easy to find if you are familiar with the Textile Colony. We don't do any flashy advertising. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a practical life, and we are fine with that. Most of us live nearby and walk to work each morning to start the machines.
