Our place is over in Phase-2 of Urban Estate, Jamalpur, right here in Ludhiana. J.K.Infcon is where we handle various infrastructure and construction-related tasks. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office at 984 reflects that. It’s often a bit cluttered with blueprints, site reports, and plenty of empty tea cups. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us hunched over a desk or talking loudly on a mobile phone to someone out at a site. We deal with the realities of building things in Punjab—the weather, the labor, and the materials. It’s not always pretty, and things rarely go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound better than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do solid work and keep our clients happy without all the corporate fluff. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the filing system is something only we understand, but the work gets done and the projects move forward. People know us in this neighborhood as the guys who are always working. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in Ludhiana doing what we do. It’s just us, making sure the local construction jobs stay on track one day after another.
