S. K. Industries Ludhiana

If you head to New Janta Nagar and go down Street Number 1, you’ll find us tucked away in the back of the Ati area. S. K. Industries Ludhiana is a bit hidden, but we’ve been here long enough that people find us. It’s a manufacturing spot. We make parts and do metalwork. The floor is always covered in shavings and oil, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the job. I grew up around these machines. My hands have permanent grease under the nails. We don’t have a showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just come onto the shop floor. It’s loud and hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We aren’t a giant factory. It’s a small operation where everyone knows their job. We fix things when they break and try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s frustrating, but we deal with it. People come to us because they know we don’t mess around. We just take the raw material and turn it into something useful. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired. But it’s what we do.
