Our place is situated right on Firozpur Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is almost always the sound of cars, buses, and motorcycles passing by the front window. We deal with all kinds of different goods and supplies from this location. The building itself is quite plain and simple, and we have never really bothered with any big or flashy signs to attract attention. Inside, it is mostly just rows of shelves and a few plastic chairs for when people come in to talk about what they need. We spend most of our day checking our inventory and making sure all the items are in the right spots. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. We do not use a lot of fancy technology here, mostly just a regular phone and some old notebooks to keep track of things. The floor is made of concrete, which makes it easy to sweep out all the dust that blows in from the road. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small back room for when friends or long-time customers stop by for a chat. It is definitely not the kind of place you would go if you wanted a fancy shopping experience. We just provide the things people are looking for and try to keep everything moving. The hours are pretty regular, although we do stay open late if a delivery is expected.
