We are located at E-93 in Phase IV of Focal Point. This is an industrial hub, so it is filled with warehouses and factories. There isn't much to say about our building itself; it’s a standard industrial unit with a large metal gate and a bit of a yard in front for loading. The roads around Focal Point can be pretty rough because of all the heavy trucks moving in and out at all hours. It gets very dusty, especially in the dry summer months, but that’s just part of being in this kind of area. We spend our days at Mahindra Indsutries managing the machines and looking over the daily production schedules. It’s a lot of manual work mixed with some basic office management tasks. There’s no fancy air conditioning in the main work area, just some big industrial fans that move the air around as best they can. We have a small office section where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls that come in. The people working here are mostly locals from the surrounding neighborhoods who have been in this industry for many years. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of marketing people. We just show up every day, start the machines, and get the orders filled for our clients. Lunch is usually brought from home in steel tiffins, and we sit together in the shade of the building when we can. It’s a straightforward life focused on daily output.
