Derby Knitwears Ludhiana

We are based at No. 239 in Industrial Area A in Ludhiana. This part of the city is all about manufacturing and textiles, so we fit right in with our neighbors. Derby Knitwears Ludhiana has been around for a while, working out of this same building. It is a standard industrial space with high ceilings and the constant hum of knitting machines. Some days the noise is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few years. We focus on making knitwear that people can actually wear in their daily lives. The floors are usually covered in a bit of lint and thread, no matter how much we sweep. It is just the nature of the work. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. We do not have any fancy offices or meeting rooms with glass walls. Most of our meetings happen standing up on the factory floor. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving. Ludhiana is a tough place for business sometimes, but we keep at it. We are not a big corporation with a lot of rules; we just know how to make clothes. When the shift ends, we lock up and head home like everyone else in Industrial Area A. It is a straightforward existence and we are satisfied with how we do things here.
