Funky Clothing

We are based at P1 in the Textile Colony. It is exactly where you would expect to find a place like Funky Clothing. The colony is full of shops and workshops. There is a lot of fabric and thread everywhere you look. Our unit P1 is where we spend all our time. We have racks of clothes and stacks of materials piled up. It is a bit of a maze sometimes. We try to keep it neat but new things are always arriving. The light in the morning is really good for seeing colors. We have a few machines running and it gets a bit loud. We don't mind the noise though. It means we are making things. The other people in Textile Colony are mostly doing the same thing. We share tips or help each other out with small things. It is a hard-working neighborhood. We don't have a fancy boutique front. People just come to P1 and see what we have. It is very casual here. We wear what we want and drink a lot of tea. We stay late most nights to finish up the batches. It is a lot of effort but we enjoy the process. Funky Clothing is just us in this small corner of the colony. We have been here a while and know the rhythm of the place. It is not always perfect but it is where we belong.
