Himanshu Knitwear

You can find Himanshu Knitwear over on Street No. 4 in New Madhopuri. This area has a lot of small shops and workshops like ours, so there’s always something going on in the street. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time. The building we are in is nothing special, just a regular place where we can set up our machines and get to work on the knitwear. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big reception area. Most of the space is taken up by the yarn and the finished pieces waiting to go out. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, and the noise from the other shops nearby can be quite loud, but we don't mind it much. It’s just the way things are around here. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. A few of us work here together, and we’ve known each other for years. We aren't a big corporation with meetings and all that. We just talk about what needs to be finished that day and then we do it. Sometimes deliveries are late because the trucks have a hard time getting down the narrow street, but we manage to make it work. It’s a plain, honest living. People know us in New Madhopuri as just another local business trying to do a decent job with the knitwear we make.
