Guru Ram Dass Engineering Works

We have been running things here at Miller Ganj for quite a while now. If you look across from the State Bank of India right at Akshar Chowk, that is where our workshop is located. It is a busy spot but it works fine for us. Most days you will find us busy with the machines. It is noisy and there is usually grease on someone’s hands. We handle all sorts of engineering jobs that people bring in. Sometimes it is a small part that needs a quick fix, other times it is something much bigger that takes a few days. We do not really have a big office or anything, just the workspace where the actual work gets done. It is a straightforward setup. People around here know the location well because of the bank. We just try to get the jobs finished on time so folks can get back to their own work. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the day. We clean up a bit and start again the next morning. It is just us here doing what we know how to do. Nothing fancy about it at all. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the bank across the street stays as a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The door is usually left open for the breeze. It is a simple life here in the shop.
