Golden International

Golden International operates out of No. 96 near Dholewal Chowk on Link Road. This is a very busy part of town and the noise from the traffic never really stops. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. Our office is a bit cramped because we have boxes and paperwork piled up everywhere. We handle trading and some shipping work, which involves a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck at a port and we have to spend the whole day trying to track it down. Link Road is full of shops and trucks, so there is always someone coming in or out. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the door to packing boxes. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the name so people can find us. We've been at this spot for a long time and we know most of the other business owners around the chowk. It's a tough business because things change fast, but we try to keep up without making too much of a fuss. We don't use any fancy software or big systems, just our notebooks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is just a regular trading office trying to get things from point A to point B.
