Super Tractor Industries

Our workshop is situated on Gill Road, right across from the Gill Cooperative Agri Multipurpose Society. It is a good spot because a lot of farmers pass through here to go to the society office. We have been working on tractor parts and related gear for a long time. The shop is usually full of heavy iron parts and the sound of hammers hitting metal. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just a wide gate that stays open all day. The floor is stained with oil from years of handling engines and gearboxes. Our team consists of a few locals who know their way around a wrench. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, mostly just to keep the noise level from feeling too dull. It gets dusty because of the road, but that is just part of the job. We have stacks of tires and metal frames piled up in the yard. Sometimes the trucks blocking the road make things a bit difficult, but we manage. There is a small desk near the front where we keep the receipts and some old catalogs. We aren't big on paperwork; we prefer being out on the floor getting our hands dirty. It is a steady life, and we have seen a lot of changes on this road over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. The tea here is always strong and sweet, which helps us keep going through the long afternoons.
