We run Gill Engineers & Property Consultants from our office at 34 Firozpur Road in the Sukhdev Nagar area. It’s a bit of a different setup because we handle both the engineering side of things and the property consultancy work. This means our office is often a mix of blueprints and property listings. We’ve been in this location for quite some time, and we know the local landscape pretty well. People come to us when they have questions about building a house or when they are looking to buy a piece of land and want to know if the structure will be sound. We don't have a fancy reception area or a staff of dozens. It is a small, practical operation where we focus on the work at hand. Much of our day is spent looking over technical drawings or checking the latest property values around Firozpur Road. We don't go in for big sales pitches or trying to convince people of things they don't need. We just provide the information and the technical advice that people ask for. It can be quite busy, and sometimes we are juggling several different tasks at once, but we prefer it that way. Our clients are mostly locals from Sukhdev Nagar and the surrounding parts of the city.
