Ashish International

Ashish International is based at D-254 in Phase-vi of the Focal Point industrial area. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and warehouses around here. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, we handle a lot of the logistical side of our business. There’s a front office where the computers are set up, and then the back area where we keep the inventory. It’s often quite busy with people coming in and out to deliver things or pick up goods. We spend a lot of our morning answering emails and making sure the orders are on track for our clients. The Focal Point area can get pretty noisy with all the nearby machinery, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the years. We don't have a big fancy sign or a decorated lobby. It’s more of a workspace where we get the actual work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just part of being in this part of town. We just wait it out and get back to it when the power returns. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the desks while we chat. We deal with various international shipments, so there’s a lot of talk about shipping routes and customs paperwork. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure things get from D-254 to wherever they need to go. We just try to keep things organized and keep our heads down while we work.
