Element Designs

We are located in Shivaji Nagar at the Brahma Garden complex. Our office is No 473 A in the Kunjaban Building on Hkm Road. It’s a decent spot for a design studio, though finding a parking space nearby can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of screens, working on layouts and drawings for different projects. The office is usually filled with rolls of paper and coffee mugs. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to get the details right on every plan we draw up. We have meetings around a cluttered table where we argue about where a wall should go or what material would look best for a floor. The Kunjaban Building has a lot of other offices, so there’s always people moving around the hallways. Sometimes we go down to the street to get some air or grab a quick snack from the local vendors. Our work is mostly about solving problems for people who want to change their space. We don't use a lot of fancy talk; we just try to show what's possible through our designs. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually manage to get through it. We like being in Shivaji Nagar and being part of the local business community here. We often stay late when the building is quiet just to finish up our sketches.
