Hi, I am Harpreet. I run my architecture practice here at 185F-H in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. It has been a good few years since I set up shop in this neighborhood. Mostly I just sit here with my drawings and try to figure out how to make spaces work better for families. It is not always fancy work. Some days are just spent dealing with contractors or looking at site plans over and over until my eyes hurt. I really like the community around here. People often drop by to talk about their house plans or just to see what is possible on their specific plot of land. I try to keep everything very simple. Architecture can get really complicated with all the rules, but at the end of the day, people just need a roof that does not leak and rooms that feel right when you walk in. I do not have a big team or a flashy lobby with expensive chairs. It is just me and a few others working away on our boards. We spend a lot of time on small details that most people might not even notice once the building is done. If you are walking around Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, you might see my sign. It is a quiet spot, which helps when I need to focus on a difficult floor plan. Usually, I am in the office by nine unless I am out at a site.
