Ar Prerana Sonawane

Ar Prerana Sonawane is based at Vanai Bhawan, in Chamber No 204 on the second floor. We are in Shivaji Nagar, Pune 411005, right near Gate No 04 of the District Court. Being so close to the court means it's always busy outside. Inside the office, it's mostly quiet work on architectural plans and legal documents related to buildings. We handle a lot of the technical side of things that people usually find confusing. It’s a small space, just enough for a few desks and a place for clients to sit. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. We just focus on the drawings and making sure everything is done according to the rules. Sometimes the days are long when we have to wait for approvals or finish a complex design. We deal with a lot of local residents and some small business owners who need help with their property. It’s a straightforward practice. We don't do any big marketing. Most people find us because they are already near the court or someone told them about us. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for some time and we like being in the center of the city. It's a practical office for practical work. We just try to do a good job for the people who walk through our door and need some professional help with their plans.
