Design Cube

Design Cube is located in Shivaji Nagar, specifically inside the Neelkanth Apartment at 1/1297. We are right by Bhulabhai Char Rasta and not too far from Hotel Swan Inn, which makes it a fairly easy place for people to find. We operate out of a regular apartment space, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. There are usually sketches and papers scattered around the main table where we sit and talk about whatever we are currently working on. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of samples out, but we make it work. Living and working in the same general area means we know the neighborhood quite well. We don’t have big flashing signs outside or a dedicated lobby. Most people who come here are just looking for help with some creative ideas they have for their own small businesses. We spend a lot of time looking at color swatches and trying to figure out the best way to arrange things on a page. The apartment gets decent light in the morning, which helps when we are trying to see details. It is a simple setup with a few computers and some comfortable chairs. We don't worry too much about having everything perfectly organized as long as we can find what we need to finish the day's tasks. It's a practical way to run things without all the extra fuss of a big studio.
