Ab10 Architect

Our office, Ab10 Architect, is situated at number 4404 in Narender Nagar, which sits right by Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana. This part of town is always on the move, especially with Samrala Road being so close. We have been operating out of this space for quite a while now. Most of our work involves sitting down with clients and trying to figure out what kind of building they are looking for. It could be a small renovation or a bigger project from the ground up. We take the time to draw everything out and check the local regulations. It is a lot of paperwork and drafting, honestly. The office is pretty straightforward. We have the usual tools of the trade, like computers and large printers for the blueprints. Being near Samrala Chowk means there is always noise from the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just the architects and the assistants doing the actual work. We like the local feel of Narender Nagar. It feels like we are part of the community here. When people come to see us, they usually just walk in and we sit down at the main table to talk. We keep it honest and just explain what is possible and what isn't. It is a busy life, but it works for us. We just keep drawing and planning until the job is done.
