B-32 139/2 Guru Vihar Rahon Road is where you’ll find us. It’s an industrial sort of area and there’s always something happening around here. Diksha Knit Wears Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while. The machines make quite a bit of noise throughout the day, so you get used to shouting a little to be heard. Rahon Road is usually packed with trucks and people moving things back and forth. Inside, we have rows of stuff being put together. It isn’t the cleanest or the quietest place, but it’s where the work happens. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but mostly we just keep at it. There are heaps of yarn and finished pieces piled up in different corners. You might trip over a bag if you aren’t looking where you're going. We eat our lunch together in the back area. It’s just a regular factory setup. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in bits of thread. Guru Vihar is a busy place and we are just one part of it. We focus on getting the knitting done and making sure the boxes are ready for pickup. It's just a normal day-to-day grind for us here on the road. We don't mind the hard work.
