Our place, Cyber Star Infotech, is on the second floor of Plot Number 9 A on the Main Road in Sunder Nagar. Ludhiana is always busy, and this road is no exception. There is a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by outside. We are right near the IndusInd Bank, which makes it easier to tell people where to go. You have to walk up the stairs to the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. The office itself has a lot of computers and cables running everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Sunder Nagar is a central area, so we get people coming in from all over the city. The light in the afternoons hits the front windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It’s just a regular small business. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look fancy for photos. We mostly just focus on the technical work and talk to customers who walk in. Sometimes the water cooler leaks a bit, or the printer jams, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s a practical space. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers downstairs know us by name. It feels like a part of the local community in Ludhiana. We don't need much else to get by, it’s just how we run things here.
