Chaman Lal General Store

Chaman Lal General Store is over in the Basti Jodhewal area of Ludhiana. We are located specifically in Vardhman Colony and we are very close to the Mazjid, which is a good landmark for finding us. Our address is in the 141007 pincode area. We have been running this shop for a long time now, just being a normal general store for the local families. It is a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on near the Mazjid, especially during prayer times. We open the shop quite early and we usually don't close until it’s late. We carry all the basic stuff that people might run out of at home. Since the shop isn't very large, we have to stack things pretty high and it can get a bit cramped. We spend a lot of our time chatting with the regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big corporate office or any complicated systems. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the narrow streets of Vardhman Colony make it hard for the supply trucks to get through, but we make it work somehow. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, even when it’s busy with customers. It’s a simple local business and we are happy to be here serving the people in this part of Ludhiana.
