Chadsons International

Chadsons International is located over at 140-B in the Model Town Extension on Dugri Road. If you know Ludhiana, you know this is a hub for making clothes and textiles. Our place is usually buzzing with the sound of sewing machines and the smell of new fabric. We mostly work on garments, and it’s a very hands-on type of business. Every day, there are piles of cloth being cut and workers making sure the stitching is right. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for long. We have to keep up with the seasons, so one month we are doing heavy sweaters and the next it’s something totally different. The Dugri Road area is always busy with tempos and rickshaws moving goods around, and we are right in the middle of it. Our team is like a big family; many of the tailors and cutters have worked with us for years. We don't have fancy brochures or a polished corporate image. We just show our samples to the people who buy from us and let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late to finish an export order before the deadline. It’s tiring work, but there’s a certain pride in seeing a finished jacket or shirt that came out of our small corner of Ludhiana. We just keep the machines oiled and the needles moving.
