You can find us at 502, Tulip Tower, which is part of the Bellevue Apartment complex in Khurla Kingra. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment building rather than a standard office block, but it suits us just fine. Calltofix Softech is just a small team of people who are good with tech. We have a few rooms set up with our gear. It feels a bit more like a home than an office, which helps when things get stressful. We spend most of our time fixing software issues and trying to make things run better. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is slow, so we end up waiting around a bit. The view from the fifth floor is okay, nothing special, but it’s nice to look out sometimes when your eyes get tired of the screen. We don't have a front desk or a big sign in the lobby. You just come up to the fifth floor and we are there. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling with their tech and thought we could help out. It isn't a massive operation. We just take things one day at a time. If someone’s computer is acting up or a system crashes, we try to sort it. We talk to each other a lot to solve problems. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. No corporate nonsense, just work.
