Our location is at 536/25, right near the Akashwani building and directly opposite Serum India Ltd. We are situated by Samrala Chowk, which is a major intersection that most people around here use. It is a very industrial and commercial part of the area, so there are always trucks and vans moving about. We have a decent-sized space that we use for our operations. It is not a decorated office by any means. We have sturdy tables, some old chairs, and a lot of equipment that we use daily. Looking out the front, you can see the gates of Serum India Ltd and the constant stream of workers going in and out. The noise from Samrala Chowk is constant, but it is just the background sound of the city. We have been here for a good amount of time and have seen the neighborhood change as more businesses move in. Our routine is pretty straightforward. We open up early, get the lights on, and start working through the list of things that need to be finished. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. If you come to the address, you will see a plain door and our staff busy inside. It is a practical place for people who just want to get their work done without any fuss.
