We're out in Village Manngarh, along the Machiwara Road near the Kohara post office. Bcs India Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have out here. It’s a big plot with a few different buildings. Most of our day is spent out in the sheds or checking on the equipment. It’s a rural setting, so things move a little differently than in a downtown office. We have people from the local village working with us, which makes the place feel more like a community. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR person. If someone needs to know something, they just ask the person standing nearest to the gate. The machines we use are loud, and the floors are stained with oil here and there, but that’s because we actually use them. We don't spend much time in meetings. We usually just huddle up in the morning, decide what needs to be done, and then get to it. Sometimes we have to deal with weather issues or slow deliveries because of our location, but we make it work. It’s a plain, hardworking environment. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just show up, do the jobs we have on the list, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a simple way to run a company, but it’s ours.
