Atbl Bpo Services Private Limited

We’re located in the lower ground floor at Noble Enclave, specifically at 2597/A, D-5. It’s right near Bhai Wala Chowk in Ludhiana. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around that junction. Atbl Bpo Services Private Limited is basically a group of us handling various service tasks. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief in Punjab. We don't have a lot of windows, but we have plenty of lights and desks. It’s a BPO, so there are always phones ringing or people typing away. It's not a glamorous job, but it's steady and we take it seriously. We aren't some giant call center with thousands of people. We’re smaller and more local. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the entrance because Noble Enclave has a few different sections. We've put up a small sign but it's easy to miss. Most of our staff live nearby in Ludhiana. We don't have any big corporate papers. We just try to get through the daily logs and help out whoever is on the other end of the line. It can be repetitive, but we have a good laugh during the lunch breaks. We usually grab something to eat from the stalls near the chowk. It’s just how we run things here. There is no magic to it, just hard work.
