It’s been quite a while since we set things up here at D- 148 in Phase 4- A. If you know the Focal Point area, you know it gets busy with trucks and workers all day long. We mostly deal with hosiery stuff, things like socks and basic knits that people need. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical workspace where we spend most of our hours looking at fabric and checking the stitching on the machines. Some days the heat in the factory gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and get the orders packed up. We send things out to different places, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The building itself is just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have a small team here, some of the guys have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our work is just about making sure the crates are loaded correctly and the labels are stuck on straight before the transport arrives. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes around here. We just try to get the work done and go home. It’s a long day usually, starting before the sun is fully up.
