We are Aar Aar Dezirez Technologies Private Limited, and we work out of H. No. 2014 in Urban Vihar. This is in the Jawadi Khurd area of Ludhiana. We’re actually located at Paramjeet Singh Bhatia’s place. It’s more of a home-office setup than a big commercial building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We have been here for a while now. Ludhiana is a busy city, but Urban Vihar is a bit more residential, so it stays relatively quiet while we work. We spend our time on various tech things, mostly sitting around the table with our laptops. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There’s no corporate ladder or fancy titles here. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks or there’s noise from the street, but that’s just part of being in a real neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of power strips. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big office. We like being in this part of Punjab and just doing our thing day by day. It’s honest and it works for us, even if the office is just a simple house.
