Lucknow is a busy city, and Gomti Nagar is one of those areas that is always moving. Our building is a basic setup where we focus on aviation and aeronautics training. It sounds very technical, and it is, but we are just normal people running the place. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a private jet parked outside. It’s mostly classrooms with chairs and whiteboards. We spend our time going through manuals and teaching the basics of how things work in the sky. The students who come here are usually quite focused. We try to keep the atmosphere down to earth despite the subject matter. The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside on the main road. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't use any big marketing slogans or try to look like a giant international firm. We are just a local institute trying to give people a solid start in the field. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about how much the area has changed. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just show up, do the training, and head home like everyone else. Our desks are old and the computer monitors are small, but they work fine for what we need to do. There is no need for anything more than the basics here.
