We are located right in the middle of Lekhraj Market on Faizabad Road. If you know Lucknow, you know how busy this area gets, especially in the afternoons. Our office is tucked away in the market building, so it can be a little noisy with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We deal with security studies here. It’s not the kind of thing you see everywhere, but it’s what we do. The hallways are usually filled with people coming in for different courses or asking about certifications. We keep a lot of files on the desks, and the computers are always running. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors or anything like that. It’s a working space. Most days start with a lot of phone calls from people asking for directions because the market is quite big. We tell them to look for the main landmarks on Faizabad Road. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. Lunchtime usually means someone is going out to grab samosas for the group. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls have some charts and schedules pinned up. It’s just a practical place where people come to learn about safety and security work. We like being in this part of Lucknow because it’s easy for everyone to reach by bus or tempo. It's just us doing our work.
