Merittrac

Merittrac is based at 27 Ali Colony in the Musahibganj area of Thakurganj, Lucknow. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like. People come to us when they need to take tests or get their skills checked. We have computers set up and we spend a lot of our time making sure everything is working right so that people don't have issues when they are sitting for their exams. Lucknow has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don't go around shouting about how great we are. We just make sure the door is open and the hall is ready for whoever is scheduled to come in that day. Ali Colony is a place where people know each other, so it feels more like a community than a big business district. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we have backups for that. It is all part of running a place like this. We are just regular people who know how to manage testing centers. We spend our mornings checking the lists and our afternoons making sure the results get where they need to go. It is a straightforward job and we have been doing it for enough time to know the ropes. You won't find any fancy art on the walls here, just the stuff we need to get through the day.
