Zaracon Constructions Private Limited is located on the ground floor at 628 C/30 in Sarvodaya Nagar, Lucknow. Being on the ground floor is handy for us because we are always moving gear and heavy rolls of plans in and out. We have been working in Lucknow for a good bit now, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our little corner of Sarvodaya Nagar. Construction is the only thing we really know how to do well. We aren't the type of people who like sitting in front of a computer screen all day long. We much prefer being out where the actual building is happening. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints spread out over every flat surface and muddy boots near the door. There’s only a small team of us here, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big corporate goals. We just take on a project and try to see it through to the end without too many hiccups. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies are late arriving, but that’s just part of the job. If you’re looking for our place, just look for the plain door at 628 C/30. We don't have any fancy decorations or a receptionist. It’s just a workspace for people who like to build things. We focus on the practical side of the work and leave the fancy talk to others.
