Halwasiya Properties Pvt. Ltd. is located in the middle of everything at Halwasiya Court in Hazrat Ganj. If you’ve spent any time in Lucknow, you know Hazrat Ganj is the place where everyone ends up eventually. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of years go by. It’s a busy place with a lot of history in the walls. We spend our days dealing with various properties around the city, but being based here in the Court means we see a lot of foot traffic. It is a bit more formal than a small shop, but we still keep things pretty simple. There are files everywhere and the phones are usually ringing with people asking about shops or office spaces in the Ganj area. We don't spend money on flashy signs or big advertisements because the Halwasiya name is already part of the neighborhood. Most of our work is just keeping track of leases and talking to long-time tenants. It can get pretty hectic during the festival seasons when the streets outside are packed with people. We just keep the tea brewing and handle the visitors one by one. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a busy one in one of the most famous parts of the city. We’ve been here through many changes in the city and we just keep doing the same steady work we’ve always done.
